My Precious Goddaughter...... Baby A's 12 Month Photos!

Shall we say sugar and spice and everything nice?!?!?! OK, I am a little biased to the cuteness of this face, but what can I say, this little sweet heart is family!!! Don't you just want to squeeze these cheeks?!?! I do it all of the time b/c I simply cannot resist!!!

As you can see, Baby A is just DARLING! Her momma and I decided to go with some very classic photos for her one year photos. Baby A is a very frequent little model of mine so we have all different kinds of photos of her. During this session, I especially loved her classic plaid, holiday dress. If I have a little girl, I hope to borrow this one day:)

Oh, I am also VERY happy to say that Baby A's 12 month session is my VERY last session before a VERY special newborn session......my own little baby expected ANY DAY NOW!!! Thank you to my sister for being so patient waiting for these photos. I hope they were worth the wait:)

As always, I am honored to be her aunt, godmother, and of course photographer too!!!

Enjoy some of my favorite 12 month photos of precious Baby A!

The B Family and Little C's 3 Month Photos

On Nov. 7, 2010, I had the pleasure photographing the B family! The B family is very good friends with my parents and it was truly an honor to take their photos. This session was very special for a number of reasons. First off, Mary Anne wanted some updated family photos with her girls (and their families) for her Christmas cards this year. Coming from a family of 3 girls myself, I loved taking the pictures of J, S, and K with their mom...and some with their Grandma too:) They are all so close.....and they reminded me of my family. Secondly, part of this session was dedicated towards little C's 3 months photos. C is SUCH a doll! He was just darling during the entire session and behaved so well!

The B family recently had a loss in their family just days after this session. My thoughts are prayers are with them during their time of loss. I was hesitant to upload these photos given the timing of their loss, but after further thought, I decided that family pictures, especially of such an AWESOME and close family are what life is all about.....togetherness and enjoying each and every moment with each other. I hope they cherish these photos for years to come.....

I edited lots of pictures for the B family, but here are just a few of my favorites from the session.
Enjoy the photos....

Two AWESOME Families Blogged

About a week and a half ago, I had the privilege of photographing 2 AWESOME families! This session was so special for a number of reasons......

1) I got to see the mom of little C who is a friend of mine and lives far away:( It was SO NICE to finally meet little man C! He is just darling and could not have been better for his 3 month photo shoot!!!!! E, it great to see you and of course, meet Charlie!!! Hope to see you again soon!!!!

2) I also had the opportunity to shoot 2 adorable sisters, B and E!!! They were simply gorgeous girls and I just adored their very festive Christmas dresses! So cute!!!

3) Last but not least, Mrs. T's home where we did shoot looked GORGEOUS! They already had their Christmas up and it was the perfect background for so many of the pictures! The house was so warm and in the spirit of the season. It made me realize that Christmas is around the corner. I can't wait!!

I edited lots of pics b/c B, E, and little C were all just too cute!!! They had so many different darling faces, I had a hard time deciding my favorites. Here are just a few of my favorite shots.......

Sweet Little Man J......and his Mommy and Daddy too!

I recently had the pleasure of photographing sweet little J and his Mommy and Daddy too. They were such a wonderful family and it was so nice meeting and shooting them. J took very little time to warm up to me.....and he was so much fun! He was playful and had so many DARLING facial expressions! That is also why I edited so many of little J's photos....I just could not decide my favorite ones:) He also loved all of the ducks....and simply could not get enough of them. For so many reasons, he reminded me of my own little J! Little boys are the best:)

Anyhow, we barely got the shoot in before the sun set, but I think we beat it! And I really like the warm glow the sunset has on some of the shots.

It was nice to meet you, H family! I hope you enjoy your photos! Here are just a few of my favorites from the session.....enjoy!
